1. Introduction of Computer – कंम्पूटर एक परिचय
You you already experienced the
impact of computers in our day to day life. Reservation of tickets in Air Lines
and Railways, Payment of telephone and electricity bills, Deposits and
withdrawals of money from banks, Business data Processing, Medical diagnosis,
Weather forecasting, etc. are some of the areas where computer has become
extremely useful.
आपने-अपने
दिन-प्रतिदिन के जीवन में कंप्यूटर के प्रभाव का अनुभव किया होगा । एयर लाइन्स और
रेलवे में टिकटों का आरक्षण, टेलीफोन और बिजली के बिलों का भुगतान, बैकों से जमा
पैसा निकालना , बिजनेस डेटा प्रोसेसिंग , मेडिकल डायग्नोसिस, वेदर फोरकास्टिंग आदि
कुछ ऐसे क्षेत्र हैं जहाँ कंप्यूटर बेहद उपयोगी हो गया है ।
The word computer is derived from the word compute, which
means calculation. Therefore, in colloquial language it is considered as a
calculating device that can so arithmetic and logical operations with speed,
but today its definition has changed because now the use of computer is not
limited to calculation, today it is used for music, graphics, Internet is also
happening in many in many other areas. So now it can say that it is an
electronic device that accepts data, and after a wide step-by step processing
it changes into information and presents the output result. It accepts stores
and manipulates data according to our need.
कंप्यूटर शब्द की उत्पत्ति कम्प्यूट शब्द से
हुई है जिसका अर्थ है गणना करना । अत: बोलचाल की भाषा में इसे एक कैलकुलेटिंग
डिवाइस माना जाता है जो अर्थमेटिकल और लाँजिकल आपरेशन को तेजी के साथ कर सकता है
परन्तु आज इसकी परिभाषा ही बदल गयी है क्योकिं अब कम्प्यूटर का उपयोग सिर्फ गणना
तक सीमित नही है । आज इसका उपयोग म्युजिक, ग्रफिक्स , इंटरनेट आदि कई अन्य क्षेत्र
में भी हो रहा है । अत: अब कह सकते है कि यह एक इलेक्ट्रानिक डिवाइस है जो डाटा को
एक्सेप्ट करता है . और एक विस्तत स्टेप -बाई -स्टेप प्रोसेसिंग के बाद उसे
इन्फार्मेशन में बदलता है और आउटपुट रिजल्ट प्रस्तुत करता है । यह हमारी आवश्यकता
के अनुसार डाटा को एक्सेप्ट , स्टोर और उन्हें मैनीपुलेट करता है ।

Digital Computer : Digital
computer are the most commonly used computer on a digital technique which is widely
used and preferred now- a-days. This kind of computer uses micro processor technology
which is quite digital and able to calculate and execute million of instruction
within a second. This also comes under kind of categories as we can see downwards.
Analog Computer :
Analog Computers are used mostly in Medical Sciences. This very kind of computer
work on continuous data values, for e.g. If you have to calculate the pressure
or something similar then kind of technology having will be useful.
Digital Computer : Digital
computer are the most commonly used computer on a digital technique which is widely

Micro Computer : The processor is
very small so that called Micro processor and device is called Micro Computer.
Micro Computer is single user device example. Desktop, Laptop, Palmtop,
Notebook, PDA etc.

कंम्प्यूटर : प्रोसेसर बहुत छोटा होने के कारण माइक्रो प्रोसेसर और डिवाइस को माइक्रो
कंम्प्यूटर कहा जाता है । माइक्रो कंम्प्यूटर सिंगल युजर डिवाइस का उदाहरण है – डेस्कटाप.
लैपटाप, पॉमटाप , नोटबुक , पीडीए . इत्यादि
Mini Computer : The Processor of
Mini Computer is small but larger than Micro processor. Mini Computer is multi
user device generally used in designing company for commercial use

: मिनी कंम्प्यूटर का प्रोसेसर छोटी किन्तु माइक्रो प्रोसेसर से बड़ा होता है ।
मिनी कंम्प्यूटर मल्टी यूजर डिवाइस है जिसे आमतौर पर व्यावसायिक उपयोग के लिए
डिजाइनिंग कम्पनी में उपयोग किया जाता है ।
